By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an agency or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
1. The Services
AdsManager 2.0 is a software-as-a-service platform for digital marketing agencies to manage Meta advertising workflows, related insights and automations, and agency operations features (such as clients, funds, invoices, tasks, messaging, and portals). Features may evolve; we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice when material.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your agency workspace and teammate invites.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract and use the Services for lawful business purposes.
3. Meta Platform Policies
If you connect Meta products, you must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Advertising Policies, and Community Standards. You authorize us to access Platform Data solely to provide the Services you enable. You are responsible for the campaigns, creatives, targeting, and spend decisions made with or through Meta. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. “Meta” and related marks belong to their owners.
4. Customer content & data
You retain rights to Customer Data you upload or connect (including ad account data and client records). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data as needed to provide the Services. You represent that you have all rights and consents required to provide that data to us, including any personal data of your end clients.
5. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Violate law, third-party rights, or Meta policies.
- Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, or probe systems without permission.
- Upload malware or abusive content.
- Resell the Services except as expressly allowed in writing.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Meta or use the Services to deceive end users.
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.
6. Trials, subscriptions & cancellation
Paid plans and the complimentary trial are described on our Pricing page and in the product billing UI. Fees are typically charged in INR via Razorpay. Taxes may apply as required by law. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel in-app; when cancel-at-period-end is selected, access generally continues until the end of the current paid period. Trial eligibility may be limited (for example, one trial per agency). Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case unless required by law.

7. AI features
Optional AI features may send prompts and relevant context to third-party model providers configured by your agency. AI outputs can be inaccurate; you must review results before relying on them for spend or client decisions.
8. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Services, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Customer Data to us, or of our IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the Services relationship, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT META INTEGRATIONS, INSIGHTS, AUTOMATIONS, OR AI OUTPUTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR ADVERTISING RESULT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR ADVERTISING SPEND DECISIONS YOU MAKE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data, your Meta advertising activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, non-payment, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in [Jurisdiction City, India] will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
