Data Deletion Instructions · AdsManager 2.0

You can request deletion of your AdsManager 2.0 account data and associated Meta-connected data using the methods below. Related policy: Privacy Policy.

1. Delete via your agency workspace (preferred)

Sign in at https://app.adsmanager2.com/login.
Open https://app.adsmanager2.com/settings?tab=organisation (Settings → Organisation).
In Danger zone, an agency owner can Clear Meta data (removes Meta connections only) or Delete workspace (permanently deletes the organisation and its data).
Teammates without those permissions should ask an agency owner, or use the email method below.

2. Email deletion request

Send a request to:

privacy@adsmanager2.com

Include:

The email address on your AdsManager 2.0 account
Agency / workspace name
Whether you want full account deletion or only Meta-connected data removed

We will verify ownership and begin deletion of personal information and Meta Platform Data we no longer need to retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons. You will receive confirmation and, when applicable, a reference code.

3. Remove access from Meta

Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Select the AdsManager app associated with this product.
Remove the app and, if available, send a data deletion request.

After you request deletion through Meta, we remove matching Meta-connected data from our systems and provide a confirmation code you can use to check status.

4. Check deletion status

If you received a confirmation code, open the status link that was provided with it, or email privacy@adsmanager2.com with your code. Deletion of Meta connection data is typically completed quickly; some financial records may be retained for legal reasons as described below.

5. What we may retain

We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial bookkeeping (for example payment transaction IDs). Retained data will be minimized and access restricted. Agency business records unrelated to Meta Platform Data are handled under separate account-closure requests.
