This Privacy Policy covers our marketing website, the AdsManager 2.0 agency application, related client portal experiences, and Meta integrations we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy. Capitalized terms not defined here may be defined in our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
2.1 Account & agency information
When you create a workspace we collect identifiers such as name, email address, password (stored hashed), agency/organization name, and optional business details (for example GST-related fields you choose to provide). Team invites add teammate emails and role assignments.
2.2 Meta / Platform Data
If you connect Meta (Facebook) assets, we receive access tokens and advertising-related Platform Data needed to operate features you enable — including ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, insights metrics, and related metadata. We process this data to provide the Services to your agency. For much of this advertising data, your agency is the controller and we act as a processor under your instructions, except where we determine purposes for our own account administration, security, and billing.
2.3 Billing information
For subscriptions we process plan selection, subscription status, and payment metadata from Razorpay (for example payment IDs, method type, last4 where provided). Full card numbers are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us.
2.4 Product & usage data
We collect logs and operational telemetry reasonably necessary to run, secure, and improve the Services (for example authentication events, error diagnostics, feature usage counts). We do not sell personal information.
2.5 Website & cookies
Our marketing site and application may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2.6 Communications
If you contact us or submit forms, we collect the content of those messages and related contact details.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including Meta sync, insights, automations, AI features you configure, invoicing, chat, and portals).
- Authenticate users, enforce permissions, and protect against abuse.
- Process subscriptions, invoices for our SaaS fees, and send transactional email (verification, resets, invites).
- Comply with law, Meta Platform Terms, and respond to lawful requests.
- Communicate product updates or support responses when appropriate.
Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR apply) include contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent where required, and legal obligation.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, databases, and object storage.
- Email delivery — transactional mail providers configured for the deployment.
- Razorpay — subscription payments.
- Meta Platforms — when you authorize connections; Meta processes data under its own terms and policies.
- AI model providers — when your agency configures AI features and prompts include content you submit; your agency controls provider keys/settings where applicable.
- Professional advisors / authorities — when required by law or to protect rights.
We do not sell personal information. Agency customers may invite teammates or give clients portal access; those parties see information according to the permissions your agency grants.
5. Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as your agency maintains an account and as reasonably necessary afterward for backups, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Meta Platform Data is retained while needed to provide connected features and deleted or de-identified according to our Data Deletion Instructions and applicable Meta requirements.
6. International transfers
Depending on your location and our hosting region, information may be processed in countries other than your own (including India and other regions used by our providers). We take steps appropriate under applicable law to protect transferred data.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents may have CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, and correct, and to non-discrimination for exercising rights. To submit a request, email privacy@adsmanager2.com. We may verify your identity before acting.
EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where we process as a processor for your agency customers, please contact your agency administrator first for account-level data requests.
8. How to delete your data
Clear instructions for deleting your AdsManager 2.0 account data and Meta-associated Platform Data are published at /data-deletion. You may also remove our app from Meta’s Apps and Websites settings. Meta may call a Data Deletion Request callback if configured in our Meta App Dashboard.
9. Children
The Services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the age required by local law).
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit on production deployments. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. See also our Security overview.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer Do Not Track signals. Our Services do not currently respond to DNT signals in a standardized way; please use cookie controls described in the Cookie Policy.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
